Senior High Performance Academy U15-U18

Introduction
Players within the Senior High Performance Academy will be provided an environment, which will help prepare them for professional, international or university success as they graduate. Players will be exposed to a Four Corner Model, which will focus on the complete development of each individual player.

Players will also be supported by Club Staff to help guide them with their professional and scholastic ambitions through our Club Technical Director and University Seminars and Mentorship Program.

Program Structure
- Periodized training program focusing on Four Corner Development Model consisting of Technical, Tactical, Physical and Social elements of Player Development.
- Minimum of three training sessions per week
- Technical Oversight from OSU Technical Staff on player Curriculum
- Additional training offered through the Centre of Excellence
- Sport Science Training periodically throughout the year
- University & College Recruitment Seminars and Assistance Program
- Tournament participation in events across North America

Weekly Training Program consists of:
- Two -Three training sessions per week (team based)
- Game play
- One Centre of Excellence training Session with Clubs Technical staff  for all OYSL / OPDL teams up to U17
- Centre of Excellence is available for individuals in phases

Program Registration & Costs
Program registration occurs immediately following the Fall Trials. Players will be sent an official invitation to join OSU Force Academy for the period of October - September of the following year. Program costs are divided and paid on a monthly basis, after an initial deposit due in October. Payment methods and cost breakdowns can be found by CLICKING HERE. We do not want to discourage players who wish to join the Force Academy but demonstrate financial needs, in these cases, families should contact Academy Manager Jim Lianos to learn about alternative funding opportunities and payment plans.
