Adult Summer League Info

Basic Information

An important component of OSU’s programs is adult soccer which includes programs for both men and women.

Men’s Saturday Morning League

(2016 marks the 35th Year Anniversary of this League)

The men’s league plays on Saturday’s from May to October. Kick off is at 9:00 am and games are usually played in the Barrhaven area.
The skill level and age level of this league is diverse ranging from 18 to 60, and includes both first time players and the more experienced.

Ladies Thursday Night League

This 10-12 team league is one of the most successful recreational leagues in the city.
All games are played at the fully equipped Twin Elms Rugby Park. This allows ample opportunity to head to the lounge for “après soccer”.
Registration in this league is capped and it is usually filled on the first day of registration. Players must be 18 to register.

ADULT COMPETITIVE TEAMS

OSU also offers adult representational competitive and recreational teams through the Ottawa Carleton Soccer League, playing a standard home and away format.

At the higher levels of play, both men’s and women’s teams will be set through a try out process and require team practices throughout the season.

Men’s teams range from Competitive 1 to Old Timers 6, and Women’s teams range from Womens Premier (the highest level of adult play in the region) to Recreational 5.
